“Sat Chid Ananda”            Existence, consciousness, bliss

Every moment of every day I live my life abundantly

After the challenge of 21 days Abundance, to where I was invited by a friend to participate, I feel stronger. Not that I wasn’t, but I’m more confident about everything.

These 3 weeks have given me 20`daily of peace and calm, of retrieving myself to my core. I have experienced moments of completely agreement to what I was listening. I have experienced joy, finding myself smiling at it. I have felt happiness with tears on my cheeks. It has given me the opportunity to put myself in the place of a beloved one, and this fact has brought me consciousness and bliss.
“I think therefore I exist” and the existence make me happy. I love living and the older I get; the more I get stuck to it, LIFE

When you are teen and young, you always think further, you make plans for the future, you imagine yourself with this and that, you have everything ahead, you dream your life but you are also scared! What is to come? Shall I be prepared? Why am I afraid?

Then, you don’t know how, suddenly you have settled down, you’ve grown, you’ve sometimes done well, sometimes bad. If you are lucky you have had the chance to study and learn before getting to work. If not, you realize that life can also be tough. But there you are, with a child or two, getting along and trying to produce.
Finally you get to a point where nothing matters more than health and love. If you get to eat and pay bills it’s enough. If you can travel once or twice a year, then  “chapeau”. If you feel you have been productive and still are, is more than good, you have contributed in life.

And that’s the point. You have gained consciousness and made balance. You have somehow realized that life is more than this or that, life is more than your earlier dreams; life is just in front of your eyes: your beloved, their care and trust, their support at anytime, under any circumstance, their calls, their smiles, their kisses and hugs. This is the abundance I wish to give and to have.

Life is living every moment as your last moment of life, relishing and BEING where you are.

BE YOU, LIVE YOUR LIFE
